What is PRAMIM? PRAMIM is a premium, personalized audio built from your own words. It’s designed for repetition—so you can close the gap between who you are today and who you want to become. What do I receive? You’ll receive a 20-minute PRAMIM audio session, crafted from your selections. It includes music + atmosphere and voice-only breaks for a clean reset. You can press play, pause anytime, and return whenever you want. How does it work? You choose the lines you identify with, write one signature line in your own words (this is the most personal part), and select the mood of the music. We craft your audio with first-class narration and high-end production. How long does delivery take? Most orders are delivered within 24 hours. If we anticipate any delay, we’ll notify you by email. Can I request edits or a remake? No. We do not revise or remake audios. Each PRAMIM is produced as a one-time, personalized deliverable. If you want a different direction, you’ll need to place a new order. What if I don’t like my audio? Because PRAMIM is custom-made from your selections, we can’t offer remakes based on preference. If you’d like a different outcome, you can create a new PRAMIM and place a new order. Do you guarantee results? No. PRAMIM is a tool for clarity and alignment, but we do not promise outcomes and we are not responsible for results. Your experience depends on how you use the audio and personal factors outside our control. Is PRAMIM therapy or medical advice? No. PRAMIM is not therapy, medical care, psychiatric treatment, or professional advice. If you need medical or mental health support, please seek a licensed professional in your area. Is AI used? Yes. We may use AI for voice generation. The editing, structure, pacing, and final production are handled by humans to ensure a premium result. Can I use PRAMIM while driving or working? Use common sense. Don’t use PRAMIM in a way that distracts you from safety-critical activities (driving, operating machinery, etc.). Can I share or resell my PRAMIM audio? PRAMIM is made for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish it as a product. Any commercial use is not allowed. What content is not allowed in the custom signature line? We reserve the right to refuse or cancel content that includes hate, harassment, threats, explicit sexual content, illegal activity, or anything that violates applicable laws or platform policies. Payments (PayPal) Payments are processed securely via PayPal (you may pay with PayPal balance or an eligible card through PayPal, depending on your region). Refunds PRAMIM is a custom digital product, made specifically from your selections. For that reason, all sales are final once your order is submitted. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes (PayPal) If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
