This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information when you visit the PRAMIM website, create or purchase a PRAMIM, access your private PRAMIM experience, or communicate with us.

PRAMIM does not directly store full payment-card details.

4. Customized PRAMIM data

PRAMIM is a personalized service.

To create your PRAMIM, we process information that you deliberately select or write during the creation experience.

  • your 20 selected phrases;
  • your Signature Line;
  • your selected music;
  • your selected voice; and
  • other choices or information you voluntarily provide.

We use this information as reasonably necessary to create, produce, deliver, maintain, and support your personalized PRAMIM.

We do not claim ownership of the personal content that belongs to you.

5. Payment information

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as PayPal.

PRAMIM may receive information relating to the transaction, such as payment confirmation, transaction identifiers, payment status, or other information needed to verify your purchase.

PRAMIM does not directly receive or store complete payment-card numbers used through third-party payment processors.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

Where deletion requires removal of information or files necessary to operate your personalized PRAMIM, fulfilling the request may result in loss of access to that PRAMIM.

8. Private PRAMIM access

When your personalized PRAMIM is completed, you may receive access to a private PRAMIM area.

Access may be authenticated using the email address associated with your order or another authentication method used by PRAMIM.

The private area may include:

  • your personalized audio;
  • synchronized words;
  • personalized wallpaper;
  • User Guide;
  • 90-Day Practice resources; and
  • other supporting materials associated with your PRAMIM.

Some materials may be available for download.

PRAMIM may change its hosting, storage, authentication, or technical delivery systems as the service evolves.

9. Local device storage

During the PRAMIM creation process, certain selections may be temporarily stored on your device or browser so that you can move through the experience, review your choices, or return to previous steps.

This information may include selected phrases, your Signature Line, music and voice choices, and information entered during the creation process.

You may be able to remove locally stored information using your browser or device controls.

10. Cookies and analytics

PRAMIM may use cookies, analytics tools, local storage, and similar technologies for purposes such as:

  • maintaining website functionality;
  • remembering user selections;
  • understanding website traffic and usage;
  • measuring engagement;
  • improving performance; and
