Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the PRAMIM website and services.

PRAMIM is operated by One Shot Consulting LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“PRAMIM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the website, submitting information, placing an order, purchasing a PRAMIM, or using any PRAMIM service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

1. About PRAMIM

PRAMIM provides personalized digital audio experiences built from the customer’s own selections and words.

As part of the current PRAMIM experience, customers select 20 phrases, create a personal Signature Line, choose music and a voice, and review those choices before submitting their PRAMIM for production.

A completed PRAMIM may include:

  • a personalized audio experience;
  • private access to a digital PRAMIM player;
  • synchronized display of the customer’s selected words;
  • a personalized wallpaper;
  • a User Guide;
  • a 90-Day Practice resource; and
  • other supporting digital materials that may be offered as part of the service.

2. Operator

The PRAMIM website and services are operated by:

One Shot Consulting LLC

Support email: team@pramim.online

3. Nature of the service

PRAMIM is a customized digital experience intended for repetition, reflection, personal development, and helping customers remain connected to the identity, values, and direction they choose for themselves.

PRAMIM is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic service.

PRAMIM does not provide diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or clinical care.

4. Eligibility

PRAMIM is intended for adults only.

By using the website or purchasing a PRAMIM, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when using the website, submitting your PRAMIM, or making a purchase.

5. Customized digital service

Each PRAMIM is created specifically from customer-submitted selections and information.

Because the experience is personalized:

  • each PRAMIM is unique to the customer;
  • results and experiences are subjective and may vary; and
  • PRAMIM does not guarantee any particular personal, emotional, spiritual, financial, professional, health, relationship, or life outcome.

6. Creating your PRAMIM

Customers are responsible for reviewing their selections before submitting their PRAMIM for production.

The current creation process may include:

  • selecting phrases;
  • creating a Signature Line;
  • choosing music;
  • choosing a voice; and
  • reviewing the completed selections.

Before payment is completed, customers may leave the purchase process without charge.

Customer selections may be temporarily stored during the creation process so that the experience can function properly.

7. Orders and production

A PRAMIM order may be created in our system before payment is completed.

The purchase is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully verified.

Production may begin immediately after successful payment confirmation.

Once payment has been confirmed and production begins, the customer’s confirmed phrases, Signature Line, music selection, voice selection, and other submitted choices are considered final.

PRAMIM may refuse, pause, or cancel an order in cases involving incomplete information, suspected fraud, abuse, prohibited submissions, technical impossibility, payment problems, or violations of these Terms.

8. Payment

Payments are processed through PayPal or another payment method displayed at checkout.

The applicable price will be shown before payment is completed.

By submitting payment, you authorize payment of the amount displayed for the selected PRAMIM service.

PRAMIM may change its prices in the future, but price changes will not affect purchases that have already been successfully completed.

PRAMIM does not directly store full payment-card information.

9. Refunds and cancellations

PRAMIM is a customized digital service created specifically from customer-submitted choices and information.

Accordingly:

  • a customer may leave the process before payment is completed without charge;
  • after payment is confirmed, production may begin immediately;
  • once production has begun, cancellation and refund rights may be limited because work on the personalized PRAMIM has already started; and
  • after the customized PRAMIM has been completed and made available to the customer, refunds are generally not available.

If PRAMIM is unable to provide the purchased service, PRAMIM may issue a refund.

If a delivered file, private-access feature, or other part of the PRAMIM experience is technically defective or unusable, PRAMIM may first provide corrected access, a replacement file, or another reasonable remedy.

Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Where applicable law requires express consent or acknowledgement before immediate performance of a customized digital service begins, PRAMIM may request that consent or acknowledgement during the purchase process.

10. Delivery and access

PRAMIM currently aims to complete personalized PRAMIM orders within approximately 24 hours after successful payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the website or communicated to the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by technical issues, incomplete information, payment problems, third-party services, or circumstances outside PRAMIM’s reasonable control.

When a PRAMIM is ready, PRAMIM may notify the customer by email.

The customer may then receive access to a private digital PRAMIM area associated with the email address used for the order.

The private area may include:

  • the personalized PRAMIM audio;
  • synchronized words;
  • the PRAMIM player;
  • personalized materials; and
  • supporting resources.

Access may require email-based authentication or another authentication method selected by PRAMIM.

Certain supporting materials may also be available for download.

11. Continued digital access

PRAMIM is designed so that customers can return to their completed PRAMIM after delivery.

PRAMIM intends to maintain access to completed PRAMIM experiences while the relevant service remains operational.

However, PRAMIM does not guarantee permanent or perpetual availability of any particular website, hosting platform, storage system, authentication method, file format, or technical infrastructure.

PRAMIM may reasonably modify, replace, migrate, or discontinue technical methods used to provide access to the service.

12. Revisions

PRAMIM does not generally offer revisions after production has begun.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their phrases, Signature Line, music, voice, and other selections before completing their purchase.

If a customer wants a materially different personalized PRAMIM after production has begun, creation of a new PRAMIM may be required.

This does not affect PRAMIM’s obligation to correct technical errors or production mistakes attributable to PRAMIM.

13. Intellectual property

The PRAMIM website and service, including its branding, logos, written content, visual design, interfaces, software, audio structures, product concepts, graphics, and related materials, are owned by or licensed to One Shot Consulting LLC / PRAMIM.

The personalized PRAMIM and personalized materials provided to a customer are made available for the customer’s personal, non-commercial use.

Unless PRAMIM gives prior written permission, customers may not:

  • sell or resell PRAMIM materials;
  • commercially distribute them;
  • commercially license them;
  • reproduce PRAMIM materials for sale;
  • use PRAMIM branding or proprietary materials as their own; or
  • exploit the PRAMIM service or materials for commercial purposes.

Customers may privately share their personal PRAMIM with family or friends.

14. Customer-submitted content

If you submit phrases, Signature Lines, answers, selections, recordings, written content, or other materials to PRAMIM, you confirm that:

  • you have the right to submit them;
  • they do not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights;
  • they are not unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, hateful, or defamatory;
  • they do not unlawfully impersonate another person; and
  • they do not violate applicable intellectual-property rights.

You retain ownership of content that belongs to you.

You grant PRAMIM permission to process and use that content to the extent reasonably necessary to create, produce, deliver, maintain, and support your personalized PRAMIM.

This permission does not transfer ownership of your personal submissions to PRAMIM.

15. Contractors and service providers

PRAMIM may use contractors and third-party service providers to help operate or fulfill the service.

These may include providers involved in:

  • production;
  • payment processing;
  • website operation and hosting;
  • authentication;
  • file storage;
  • email communication; and
  • other technical or operational functions.

Access to customer-submitted content should be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant service.

PRAMIM remains the contracting party responsible for providing the PRAMIM service to the customer.

16. Privacy and personal data

PRAMIM processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Information processed as part of the service may include:

  • name;
  • email address;
  • order information;
  • payment status;
  • selected phrases;
  • Signature Line;
  • music selection;
  • voice selection; and
  • other information voluntarily submitted during the PRAMIM creation process.

For further information, please see the PRAMIM Privacy Policy.

17. Feedback and testimonials

If you voluntarily send PRAMIM feedback, comments, suggestions, or testimonials, PRAMIM may use that information internally to improve the service.

PRAMIM may use anonymized or non-identifiable excerpts for promotional or marketing purposes.

PRAMIM will request additional permission before publicly using feedback in a way that identifies you personally.

18. No guarantees

PRAMIM does not promise guaranteed transformation or guaranteed outcomes.

The service is intended as a personalized tool for repetition, reflection, personal development, and maintaining connection with the words, identity, values, or direction selected by the customer.

How a customer experiences or uses PRAMIM remains individual to that customer.

19. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If a customer initiates a payment dispute or chargeback, PRAMIM may provide the applicable payment provider with information reasonably necessary to demonstrate the transaction, customer order, payment status, production status, delivery, or access to the purchased service.

PRAMIM may challenge fraudulent or unjustified payment disputes and may refuse future service in cases of fraud or abuse.

Nothing in this section limits a customer’s lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or otherwise legally disputable transaction.

20. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PRAMIM and One Shot Consulting LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • personal interpretations of the service;
  • decisions made by customers based on their use of PRAMIM;
  • third-party service interruptions;
  • payment-provider interruptions;
  • hosting, storage, authentication, or email-service failures; or
  • internet or technical failures outside PRAMIM’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

21. Third-party services

PRAMIM relies on third-party services to operate certain parts of the customer experience.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy practices, availability requirements, or technical limitations.

PRAMIM is not responsible for the independent acts, policies, or practices of third parties, although PRAMIM remains responsible for its own obligations to customers under these Terms.

22. Right to refuse service

PRAMIM may refuse service, cancel an order, or restrict access where reasonably necessary due to:

  • fraud or suspected fraud;
  • abuse or threats;
  • unlawful conduct;
  • prohibited submissions;
  • misuse of the service; or
  • material violation of these Terms.

Where a paid order is cancelled by PRAMIM without customer fault and the service has not been provided, PRAMIM will address any payment obligation in accordance with applicable law.

23. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

However, mandatory consumer-protection, privacy, or other laws applicable to a customer in another jurisdiction may continue to apply where they cannot legally be excluded by contract.

24. Changes to these Terms

PRAMIM may update these Terms from time to time.

The current version will be posted on the website with its latest update date.

Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
